How do I cancel Plus?

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Wonderzo. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period.

I bought Plus but don't have it

Open the app, go to Plus and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.

Can I get a refund?

Payment is handled by Apple or Google, so they decide refunds. On iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com.

My streak is gone

If you miss a day, a streak freeze is used automatically if you have one. With Plus you can get a broken streak back within 3 days.

I don't get reminders

Check that notifications are on for Wonderzo in your phone's settings, and that you've picked a time under You → Reminder.
